As a student in Queens University's Online Masters in Communication program, I earned 36 credit hours and learned about communication theory, branding, ethics, networking, and more. For my master's thesis, I studied Millennials and proposed strategies that several brands could use to better connect with Millennials as consumers. I recommended experiential marketing opportunities for Healthline.com, BestColleges.com, Bustle.com, and Refinery29.com.

As a Generalist with TimeTap, I published weekly blog posts about our appointment scheduling application and productivity. I also scheduled social media posts, interacted with our followers, and assisted our users. Important with this role was using SEO (search engine optimization) for keywords to use in our posts; for this, I used the Google Keyword Tool and SEMRush. RiteTag was also a source for finding popular and trending hashtags to boost our online visibility.
